“K” Line Mechanical Engineering + Marine Engineering Bridging Program (ME+)
is a six-month program bridging Mechanical Engineers to become competent Marine Engineers.
This program was established by “K” Line in response to the encountered and foreseen shortage of qualified marine engineers onboard its vessels. “K” Line accredited partner school for the ME+ Program is VMA Global College in Bacolod.
“K” Line Maritime Education Scholarship Program
(MESP )
was a strategic measure adopted by “K” Line to prepare its own distinct and unique brand of competent marine personnel who will serve its expanding fleet.
KLMA Philippines conducts selection of “K” Line MESP Scholars from different secondary schools in the Philippines and enrolls them to Cristal e-College in Bohol to complete their BSMT and BSMarE Degrees.
From its inception in 2018 until 2023, MESP Program produced 10 Batches now serving aboard “K” Line.
IMMAJ-MAAP Scholarship Program (IMS)
As one of the IMMAJ member principals, “K” Line aims to produce future merchant marine officers and engineers through their officer – development program known as the IMMAJ – PJMCC Cadetship Training Program (CPT).
